Steps for Registration Submission

• If online registration is not available, please contact the secretariat at registration@ksccm.org
• After you complete your online registration, you can only modify your personal information until April 13, 2024. If you wish to change the registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the secretariat at registration@ksccm.org
• A receipt for your registration can be issued at ‘My Page’ after you receive the confirmation letter of your registration.
• Online registration will be available until April 7, 2024. From April 7, 2024, you will be required to register on-site.

Developing Countries

Registration Fee

Overseas participants can only register with credit card.
If you want to make wire transfer, please contact to secretariat (registration@ksccm.org)

Acknowledgement of Registration

Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after your online registration.

Payment Status (Check at ‘My page’)

• You can check the payment status of your registration at ‘My Page’
• Pending : Payment has not been made yet.
• Completed : Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

Confirmation of Registration

• Confirmation letter of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks after receipt of the appropriate payment.
• Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
• Payment Status will be changed from 'Pending' to Complete ' within three weeks of clearance of your payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail. (registration@ksccm.org)
• All refunds will be processed after the conference.
• Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation.
